The click & collect system in this store is a joke.
Enter details at the C&C station, then wait 10 minutes while absolutely nothing happens. Ask if anyone can help, then 5 minutes later someone comes along to take details again.

Bakery selection is terrible - The bread feels stale as soon as it?s put out, they only stock a few types of cookies (all the worst ones) rarely any shortbread or donuts available. Poor effort.

I was absolutely delighted by the way I was treated at M&S Chineham. I broke down outside and was awaiting the AA. At the same time I only had a few bars on my phone so went into the store to enquire if I could borrow a phone charger. The man who I dealt with (sorry didn?t catch his name) went above and beyond to try to help me. They let me charge my phone and also let me have a cup of tea and sandwich for my 3 year old. My baby even had a banana. Well done M&S!!!!
