I took my daughter shopping for some trousers she could wear while doing work experience. We looked at a lot of shops before coming here. She found a couple of pairs of trousers that she liked, tried them on and bought one. The shop was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the store.

My teenager had her bra fitting today and the lady was absolutely lovely. ( So sorry I can't remember her name , think Rose/Rosie? ). She was kind and friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Thank you so much. ( and to the lady who arrived early and wanted to be served immediately , you were the rude one. Was embarrassing listening to you be so rude and then telling Rose she was rude which she definitely was not).

First time I've used an automated ordering system at M&S. Seems to work well.

£3.30 for the worst iced latte I?ve ever had. Staff rushed off their feet. It just doesn?t seem to work well in this cafe. Extra star for there being a table free.
