Not a good experience if you want to withdraw cash. They make you feel as though you are doing something wrong.scam worries they say.i say its an invasion of my privacy.

Excellent service, friendly and patient staff. When I needed to discuss my mortgage they arranged the video call for me in an office and then gave me the privacy required.

I'm astounded that a business can't be contacted through telephone. Makes me wonder if the staff purposely unplugged the phone?....

Came in this morning with my mum and sister and was greeted at the door by a staff member, a tallish woman with short blonde hair, who was extremely rude. My mum greeted her with ?Good Morning? in which she blanked us and rudely said ?Can I Help??. She used no manners what so ever. Bossed us around like we were cattle. Remarks such as ?move out the way?. Horrid customer service.

I went to this bank more then five times for opening my grandfather?s joint account they asked me to provide few documents and i provide all the documents today and went to bank, one lady said that Im not allowed to sit I need to stand almost one hour inside her office and her reason was COVID-19 and still I?m not able to open that account. she is about between 30 to 40years old and she was so rude and behave like we are nobody. Very bad customer service ?

Staff is nice but doesn't know much. Cost and timing of processing of a cheques.There is usually just one to two members of staff and no tickets to get a place in a queue
