Had a lovely experience for lunch last week. Food was tasty, wine on the lunch menu was perfectly matched. The service from Tyler was excellent. Would definitely go again.

Very slow service. When we arrived staff member was nice and took us to table. Young lady who took our drinks orders was nice, but from there it started to go down the hill. It took 3hrs or even more to have our starter and main served, if we wouldn't be looking around and waving it would take even longer. My food was lukewarm, friends chimichangas and fajitas was missing sour cream (no one even warned us about it) we had to ask about it to learn it. I've been in other Las Iguanas restaurants and haven't had any issues and food was much better.

I've been coming here for years as a customee and everything was generally ok. Now I occacionally do deliveries on my free time and whenever i'm there to collect orders the host/manager a bold guy in his 40s always very rude and arrogant. Cero customer service and almost feels as if he looks down at people who are delivering orders. Disgusting behaviour if you ask me. Not coming here as a customer again.

Arrived at 20:05 for all you can eat tapas by 20:40 no one had taken our order. You only get 90 mins, by 20:50 we had already lost 50 mins no food decided not worth it so finished drinks and left

Visited Las Iguana in January of this year for a daytime birthday meal with the family, 3 kids and 5 adults - have always frequented Las Iguana?s as it?s a personal favourite spot of ours, especially the Westfield centre one.
Anyway, from start to finish, it was absolutely terrible! The service was dead slow in what was an overcrowding restaurant and to make matters worse there was only 3 people on the kitchen?.3?!!!
The food took forever to arrive and when you?ve got 3 children who were visibly and audibly hungry and bored, it made matters worse - only when the food arrived, the matters become even more worse! Some of the dishes were served cold bevause they?d sat on top of the counter for ages and others were burnt! - kids burgers, burnt! It wouldn?t have mattered so much but because we?d waited for what seemed a lifetime and hunger was getting the better of everyone, it just ruined the whole experience.
We?d spent in total I think over +2.2hours.
I?ve never tasted such bland and poorly cooked in a Las Iguanas before, ever!
Sadly, this was the second time we?d experienced this at the same branch - if this isn?t resolved quickly, we?ll probably be looking at another closed and empty store!

food was delicious, however the wait was incredibly long. I am actually still here waiting. For my food as i got bottomless tapas. In the space of 3 hours i?ve had 2 plates and are still waiting for my third and that isn?t even the desert. 45+ minutes for each dish is just so unreasonable especially if you have kids, plenty of people have left due to long wait. This may be because it is a friday night however this is just not ideal. Although the drink selection is very good.

Our waitress Erin was really nice. She made sure that my friends and I were fine during the whole experience.
However, at some point one of the supervisors came over to our table, at the start he was checking if everything was alright with the food and drinks we were having. Nevertheless, he then started to ask random, and mostly inappropriate, questions like if we were single or married, our ages, why did we come to the restaurant, etc. At some point he even asked where we worked and it got to a point of asking one of my friends up to 4 times the name of the exact place where she works. All these was making us feel clearly uncomfortable but he didn't seem to notice/mind it.
To be honest it felt like when a creepy guy approaches you in a club, which it's something we wouldn't expect having to tolerate in a restaurant.

Had a very pleasant meal for my daughter?s birthday. It was very tasty ( especially my beef burger ) and wasn?t bad value especially after the app vouchers and offers were taken off.
The guy that served us ( Gabo ) was really friendly and professional. Excellent service ??

The service was so slow, we arrived at 19:30 and it took two hours to get our main course and they had actually closed the restaurant by the time they bought out the dessert and then we felt rushed. They didn't put enough tables out for our number of guests. Drink service was extremely slow. The worst part is it was all pre-booked, even down to the food choices weeks before and they were still so slow and under prepared. They had way overbooked themselves, it was loud, could hardly hear anything. There wasn't much food. Only four chunks of seafood in my main. One very skinny Churro in the dessert. It was all just really disappointing. They wouldn't tell us what was in the welcome drink because it was "made up". Someone from another table was sick all over the floor and the staff left it there covered in blue roll. Wouldn't recommend booking anything here.

We came for a meal yesterday and the restaurant was overcrowded and the staff were clearly overwhelmed! The food was taking far too long to come out and took around an hour to be served our mains after the starter was finished only for half the food to be cold and still members on the table waiting to be served as others were finishing! The tables were not cleared and still had empty mains plates on our table while we were served our puddings! At one point in the night a customer was sick in the bar area and it was poorly cleaned and essentially pushed to the sides and hidden under paper towels and was still there when we left! I really do feel for the food service industry at this time of year but the restaurant clearly overbooked and didn?t have the staff to deal with it!

We went last night for a work meal for Christmas, we were waiting for around 3 hours for all courses to be served, the starter took 45 minutes to come out then the main took 1 hour and we waited about the same for dessert, I think it took so long I aged 20 years. The food was ok but some come out cold. Also, someone was sick by the entrance and was left under blue paper towels. This was disgusting as I nearly regurgitated my meal for the staff. In all, a very disappointing experience as we traveled 2 hours to get there, the bonus was though that we got to spend time with our work colleagues.

Food that was both raw and burned. Service that was abysmal. Fastest a waiter moved was when they thought we hadn?t paid
