Waited nearly 30 minutes inside restaurant, 2 members of staff arguing infront of customers. No one seemed to know what they are doing. 9 or 10 people waiting including delivery drivers(deliveroo,just eat). Order disappeared off screen and think they forgot about my order. Fast food...could of cooked it quicker at home. Better off going mcdonalds next door.

Bizarre situation whereby the member of staff at the drive thru order withheld my receipt until I left a positive review under the guise of ?you?ll get something for doing it? - unnecessary and weird

Had delivered with broken bag, the Pepsi was inside the food bag, Pepsi was cold and wet the bag and the chips and the chosen bag was damaged as well
And the chips and the chicken was cold and wet and soggy
Didn?t eat the meal, didn?t get a refund
Not ordering there again

Best place to have chicken with family. Quite fast drive thru experience had till now. Staff are very polite and inside very clean & big space... Love to go again and again.

2 meals arrive ordeing delivery, this is amount of cold chips we had.
Unfortunatly not first time we have issue ordering, something is always forgotten - usually wings or add ons like corn on cob.
Disapointing it gets sent out of the store like this, poor standards.

Messages about safe spaces repeatedly over the tannoy. Given recent headlines about discrimination and prejudice against transexuals this sort of message now sounds anti-inclusive. I am also now concerned about what must clearly be a regularly unsafe space to warrant these intrusive messages.
Great food, of course.

Had a bad experience when it came doen to quantity. I had ordered a rice bowl.The portion was so less that I could see the bottom of the bowl through the corn and rice. I don?t know if that?s the correct quantity or the staff is playing along with the customers.

Some good staff. BIG let down on the others. I regard it as a management issue. You can just tell.
Above comments was from a few years ago. Have changed a lot. One of the best pick up in the area.
