Waited nearly 30 minutes inside restaurant, 2 members of staff arguing infront of customers. No one seemed to know what they are doing. 9 or 10 people waiting including delivery drivers(deliveroo,just eat). Order disappeared off screen and think they forgot about my order. Fast food...could of cooked it quicker at home.... read full comment

Bizarre situation whereby the member of staff at the drive thru order withheld my receipt until I left a positive review under the guise of ‘you’ll get something for doing it’ - unnecessary and weird
