Worst KFC I have ever been to. Avoid!

This is a review for Uber Eats delivery from KFC The Malls as the KFC website did not work.
My first order and most of the food arrived ok and tasted great but when I then tried to get a refund from Uber it was really hard work and they did refund a lower incorrect amount and from that point were not interested in any further communication which was all via chats from what looked like an overseas support centre with a lot of pre-prepared responses, many not appropriate.
So KFC food was great but Uber Eats was not very good so will not be using again.

Had a zinger burger and pop corn chicken 2 hours after eating it. I suffered food poisoning!!! I was very unwell ? lady manager who I saw nxt day was very apologetic and helpful. Sorry to say I won't be ordering here again!

One of the staffs there named shanti had a excellent service. She worked on tuesdays i like her a lot. Thank you so much shanti for making my kfc experience so good.

This is truly the worst KFC I have ever been in. Popped in yesterday at lunch time and practically everything about it was bad.
Staff were not taking orders at all at the tills, and were directing people to use the kiosks, of which there are only two of them, meaning there was a big wait just to order. Not to mention the kiosks were out of paper which means no receipt.
While I waited for my food I needed the toilet, so I went upstairs to discover that all of them were out of order! Honestly at this point I am surprised that management have opted to keep the restaurant open when there are no toilets or handwashing facilities.
Since I could not use the loo, I went back downstairs to wait for my order to be called. During the 15+ minute wait, another customer brought back two burgers that were supposedly cold. Not a good sign.
Eventually my order was called and to their credit, everything on the order was correct which was more than I was expecting, however they had no wooden cutlery which meant no way to eat the coleslaw that came with my meal!
Chips & burger were okay in my opinion, but the chicken piece was so slimy and greasy, it was disgusting to eat. Having been to places like Popeyes & Jolibee in Reading where the fried chicken is actually crispy and has a slight crunch to it, this sliminess was pretty sickening.
Overall I would never go back here, and I would recommend others do the same. KFC & their franchisee should be ashamed of how far their standards have dropped, and this restaurant really needs sorting out.

I just ordered an hour ago meal of mighty bucket for one and the 3 pcs of hot wings. When i open the box the 2 hot wings are missing and the drinks taste like water. Its really bad service staff are playing in the kicthen and the service screw i ask her if everythings inside and she says YES. then what happened hot wings are missing chicken are dried. So disappointed not really organized.

I love kfc but the food was not good. My goodness my first time eating in kfc the chips had way to much pepper on causing them to be spicy could barely eat them and the mini fillet burger had way to much mayo sauce on had to scrap half of it off and it was still covered in it.
The only thing that was decent was the boneless chicken and the drink I truly did not enjoy the place.?

Do not order for delivery!!!! It turns up late, cold and with items missing! Rang the store to ask about the missing items and they weren?t interested at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to waste your money!

We bought a bargain bucket for dinner and got dissapointed. After a long drive, we just thought let us order dinner from KFC (Festival place) instead of other take aways.I would like to believe the chicken we got was an order made couple hours before or left all day, it was rotten and smelling, the fries were dry not the usual KFC fries....we were completley disappointed.Threw all of it away! It was disappointing honestly.
