Misleading advertising. No help. Friendly and polite but of no use at all for same day dry cleaning. Go to blanksons instead. Fantastic. Even told us to come in before opening hours just to help us out. First-time customers there as well.

Left them a vintage coat I bought that had no care instructions, and feared the worst, but they took great care, gave me solid advice for future cleaning and returned it to me better than I left it. 10/10, definitely using them again!Service: Organic dry cleaning

Do not go here!!!! Got my wedding dress cleaned here. £240 later and they essentially put it in a box. Sent it back as it looked like it hadn't been touched for another wash. Whole process took over 2 months as they did not bother to contact me or my husband. Rude staff who told my husband they 'expected us before christmas' even though they did not contact us.. would never go there again.

I took my duvet in to be cleaned, really happy with the quick efficient service by Kaff. She was really helpful and It came back in a great breathable bag to store it in when not being used.

Absolutely brilliant service , asked for my laundry to be done within a day during a busy weekend and the lady was very helpful. Managed to do it all within a couple of hours.Did offer a tip to her which she politely declined due to store policy , a note to the owners though , if a customer wants to leave a tip to your brilliant staff then they should be allowed to do so and this type of action should be promoted. If you provide good service the benefit should be to the individual or individuals that were instrumental in doing so , not solely the owners of the business.All in all , great experience.

Johnsons is still listed as a Hermes Parcelshop but refuses to take parcels. Under duress, took a parcel in for us last time but moaned it would block the fire door. Refused the last parcel despite it being the correct Hermes dimensions. Very rude and unhelpful shop assistant. I'm assuming they are still collecting revenue for advertising as a Hermes Parcelshop.

I had a silk dress that had a loose seam, staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went to extra mile to help me and timing was quick at getting the repair done. 10/10 on service and came back nicely ironed too.Service: Alterations
