Not enough staff to serve. Wanted to try a pair of shoes on. Kept looking around for someone but staff didn't seem to want to make eye contact. Ended up approaching someone directly (sorting through clothes right next to us) and they said that someone would be out. Waited around 10 minutes, got fed up... Not great organisation/management over staff taking interest in customers.

I phoned and had a pair of trainers put aside. They kept them for me. When phoning to enquire about products each person was very helpful. Namely, Peter, Joelle and Ben.The trainers were waiting for me to collect and great customer service in store too.

Need to work on the accuracy of their inventory. Different sizes on the tongues, labels and boxes of all the trainers I was looking to get today meaning they couldn't find the sizes I needed
