Brought a new phone and our service providerreally were not very helpful . Went round to itech and they were polite and patient and dealt with our concerns. A great company to deal with.

Don't buy screen Protectors there I have a s23 ultra and bought a screen protector there I dropped my phone on carpet abt 10cm drop and it just came off because the adhesive was only on the bezles no where else that was £13 for it I don't recommend buying screen protectors there for curved screensHowever the iPhone ones are fine as since I bought one there once and it lasted abt a year whilst the one I recently bought lasted not even a week

I recently purchased a phone from this repair shop in Basingstoke, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. They offered me a great deal on the phone, and their customer service was top-notch ? really helpful, kind, and patient. Not only did they fix an issue with my phone at no extra charge, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me with the transfer of all my data and emails for free. I highly recommend them; they truly provide the best service in Basingstoke with competitive prices.

Super friendly. Solid range of electronic accessories - they've carefully selected good quality & affordable gear, and they are conveniently placed and easy to get to vs an amazon or other order where you have to wait or cant see what you're buying. Also really trustworthy - was able to switch out gear when needed. Love these guys, highly recommend them.

Really not happy with my experience!I took 2 Ipads in to get the charger ports fixed as the Ipads both worked however they didn't charge, It took 1 month to get them back, 1 of which was fixed however, the screen is now severely scratched and covered in sellotape and the 2nd was deemed 'unfixable' due to a motherboard problem, although it did previously work it just didn't charge so this seems suspect and makes me think its been caused whilst trying to fix the charger port.Would not recommend or return.

Fantastic service.Great value.I pad screen fixed. Saved a lot of money by going there rather than Apple.Also had my I phone camera fixed within 45 mins

What a very nice gentleman he sorted my phone, I had dropped phone screen was dead he looked at it gave me price come back in 40min all sorted even get a warranty, I would recommend this shop.

I recently went to Itech in Basingstoke to fix my broken MacBook screen and I was provided a great service they were able to effectively and quickly fix the screen.They also kept in contact with me to kept me updated constantly, very good service would recommend and use again.

Ideal place to go for phone repairs first class service and prices,also gives good advice. At least they are not all about money money money I would say that they are more interested in repeat service
