We were very disappointed with the mobile phone service in and around the area of the Hotel. There was none. WIFI OK when accessed. Shocked to find that the bar closes at whatever time the place gets quite, in our case 22:00. Other guests we spoke to said it has been known to close at 21:00 and this is without Hotel Guest allowance, and being asked to leave the bar area and sit in reception area.Also surprised to find a limited choice of eggs at Breakfast. No scrambled or poached plus no cereal, fruit or yogurt.

Reece was a very welcoming to all of the groups needs for the weekend we stayed with you! Looked after by Reece and the team extremely well, we will be returning!Rooms: Very clean and the best rain shower ever !Food & drinks: Very reasonably priced and the carvery and breakfast tasty !

The room was really nice, and also the bathroom had a nice shower the bed was comfortable. The staff are very welcoming, the only problem was we missed the carvery with we was looking forward to witch maybe could have gone on a bit longer so dissopointed as we enjoyed it last time so we ordered food from the menu which was a bit disappointing and we had to wait an hour for, they forgot the garlic bread which we paid for and the meals were so late we dident enjoy them the chef cane out to ask about the garlic bread and he was covered in food stains which doesn't look good, apart from that the staff were really nice and we would go back ?Rooms: Lovely rooms

Loved the stay at the Beach Arms, could not fault the cleanliness of the room and the Beach Arms.The staff were friendly and very helpful and we're always available.The restaurant meals were excellent and well presented, and we're very reasonably priced.Only thing i could fault was the breakfast options, the cooked breakfast was good. But an option to have a continental style breakfast would have been appreciated, as I don't always have cooked food to start the day as I prefer a light meal early in the morning.But other than that it was a lovely stay, and I would return again.Rooms: Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had a really good night's sleep

Warm friendly staff. Check in was easy.Room was comfortable.Dog friendly environment.Some of the decor needs a refresh as it?s looking tired and worn.Struggled with luggage due to the amount of fire doors into corridors but now this is essential.Hairdryer in room wasn?t great and the tv sound wasn?t working. Breakfast could have had more options that are healthy as restricted to an unhealthy full English.

We found the accommodation clean, spacious and welcoming. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We struggled bit with the menu, very pubby food and limited healthy options, though the calorie listing helped. The carvery looked OK on the night we ate, but it was hot and we were looking for something lighter. The buffet breakfast was good and OK value wise.

the hotel felt run down, simple things like the chair at the check in desk was ripped and torn, the corridors were knocked and bashed, the room smelt of smoke, the paint on the bathroom wall were peeling, the carpet was worn and looked dirty..on the plus side the bed linen was excellent

We were more than pleasantly surprised with our room and the facilities at The Beach Arms - the room and the en-suite was spacious and everything was spotless, all credit to the housekeeping team! Check-in with Kobain (Koby) was informative and pleasant! We had breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant - the breakfasts were filling and plentiful! We had a roast beef from the carvery in the evening and the beef just melted in your mouth, in fact it was so good we had the carvery again on the second evening! What a great team you have at The Beach Arms: Reese, Ella, Boyd and Koby made us very welcome and Ed and Adrian served us up the perfect roast! Also, the breakfast chef and another lady who served us at dinner on the first evening whose names we didn?t get. There is a saying Teamwork makes the Dreamwork and the team at The Beach Arms certainly made our stay great!Walkability: Country walks

Accommodation was very good regarding room. Facilities were very good and room was very clean and tidy. Meals were good. Cooked breakfast had several choices of food. Evening carvery had only turkey available due to demand at lunchtime. Not notified when placing order, Staff friendly.

Great stay lovely quiet rooms with plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a hot powerful shower, couldn't ask for anything more for the night and then topped off in the morning with a great full English breakfast.
