I went to Inner Bliss today as a model and had a very relaxing massage by Laura?s trainee masseuse Steve who was following Laura?s guidance. I must say I believe Steve will be a very good masseuse under Laura?s watchful eye. He is the only masseuse I have been massaged by who had warm hands. Had thought he may have been a bit heavy handed, but no, his pressure was spot on. Overall a very good massage. Enjoyed it so much I asked if I could go back tomorrow. I have been going to Laura for some years now and always have eyelash lifts/tints which are superb and really make a difference.This time I decided to try a nice facial..It was the first time I had ever had one.What can I say? Lovely fluffy towels. Super soft comfy bed. It was so relaxing.Laura used different techniques and a mixture of hot and cold products on my face, coupled with neck, shoulders and décolletage massage.Then when the mask was setting I could choose wether to have a lower leg and foot massage or an arm one!I felt totally revitalised and the next day my skin felt and looked amazing. It was a real boost and would highly recommend as it is such an affordable treat I will definitely be having more.

I have been going to Laura for the many years I?m always so happy with my brows & lashes, Laura is fantastic, a true perfectionist! She makes sure I?m 100% happy and always takes the time to make them perfect. Would never go anywhere else.

Laura provides a wonderful range of treatments and is really committed to giving you a professional, calm and specialexperience on every visit. Both my husband and I have visited Laura for various massages over the last few years. I can highly recommend the aromatherapy and hot stones massages for the ultimate relaxation and ifyou have some serious knots then you must have the deep tissue massage! Laura is also is also great with personalising the oils to your own wants and needs so you come away smelling amazing and feeling so relaxed too. Can't recommend Laura enough, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a massage. Not to mention all the other treatments that I visit Laura for too.

Couldn't recommend Laura enough.Every appointment I've had with Laura she shows such professionalism and attention to detail. She's friendly and is SO good at her job.I've been coming to Laura every 2-3 weeks for my eyelashes for over 2 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.Since being back today to get my long awaited lashes back on she has taken every opportunity to provide safe practice.

I have been seeing Laura for four years enjoying deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone and signature massages and couldn?t recommend the service that she offers more highly. She is professional and very skilled at what she does, always relieving huge amounts of tension and making me feel renewed and relaxed. Her attention to detail is personable and intuitive and I have enjoyed learning about aromatherapy as we choose oil combinations for my session each time! My appointments are a joy to look forward to as a treat for myself and I wouldn?t be without them, thank you Laura for your wonderful work.

Have been treated at Inner Bliss regularly for around 10 years for various ailments major and minor and has been flawless every time. Everything about the sessions and environment is first class, as is the knowledge and expertise. Cannot recommend more highly and strongly suggest trying out as you will not be disappointed; whether it is for pain, strain or just general relaxation and well being.

Just home from my regular slot with Inner Bliss for a Gelish manicure, and so so happy as always. There's such a selection to choose from but because Laura keeps her customers so up to date with new colours coming in I knew what I wanted and we discussed my options, bringing a personal manicure to my suit my taste.I know that this polish will last me for at least three, if not four weeks and without chips!Can't wait to visit again and have an extra treatment next time too ;)

I had a £50 voucher that someone had given to me for Christmas for a massage, which had a 12 month use by period on it. I tried to use it in the October of that year but Inner Bliss in Basingstoke would not honour it as they were fully booked until the next year. There was no way I could've known that they would be booked for a whole 3 months in advance. So they basically stole £50 from me. The woman I spoke to was very rude too. No need for this kind of customer service. Would have given less than 1 star if possible._ _ _ _ _ _Edited to provide a response to their response - sorry but you may have me confused with another customer that you stole from. My story is as above.
