This branch is the consolidation of the London Street and Festival Place branches. The branch is now quite informal in dress and procedures, a change with the times. They have increased the number of cash machines and extended the opening times.

Worst service I have ever seen in UK. Staff was not ready to share the information, instead they gave wrong information which was contradicting to the their online site.Later on further questioning she even refrain from sharing her name and was rude and racist with international students.

Service is excellent . Staffs of HSBC basingstoke are helpful, responsive and available quickly. Great services but I don't like HSBC and want to change bank immidiatly. HSBC is only safe place to keep our money free but don't invest on middle class people. It is only and only best bank for rich people.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT NOT POSSIBLHSBC branches still not open weekends how is anybody with a Monday to Friday job supposed to access a branch. Just not good enough.

After sending my partner a letter stating his debit card will be removed from his savings account, we went into town basingstoke to see what we can do, everyone was very helpful and then it all went wrong. Basically we wanted to open a current account so he can have a debit card and they all said not a problem. Then we was told you can only do that online and for us to ring telephone banking. Wow is all I can say first time I tried the gentleman said you have to do it online and that they cant do it and put the phone down on me. Then I tried again and was told they had suspended all there services until further notice, try ringing again at the end of the month. Absolutely shocking information and why send out a letter if you can't correct the problem. Makes you want to move your money to another bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always found the Staff friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The Bank has been open at reduced hours throughout the pandemic, the opening hours have now been extended.

Same as all HSBC banks. Have to get time off work as a holiday everytime you need help. Never open on Saturdays. Thinking of changing my account to another bank.
