Outside ATMs not working so had to go inside. Man came up to me as I was looking at my phone to try to find out where to go. The man was called Simon and was the store manager. He helped direct me to my destination.
I have been banking with Halifax for 35 years and have rarely had a poor experience.

I had visited the Basingstoke Halifax branch today the man wasn?t helpful at all he is quite young and quite tall ( he?s got blonde hair )if I could I would give less than 1 star.people like him should not work places like bank

It seems the adverts are true - if you want any level of customer service bank with Nationwide!!
Greeters are terribly rude, but what is to be expected of someone who is doing themselves out of a job!

Their opening hours on Tuesdays are shown as 09:00 - 15:00, they were still closed at 09:30 today, when they did decide to open no cashier there, I had to sit and wait for one to eventualy turn up. This branch is best avoided, customers are a nuisance to them.

extremely lazy and rude staff who are no help with enquiries. seems like the staff have no idea what they are doing as their management team is extremely poor! my advice to anyone wanting to register here is keep your money safe at a different bank because the staff here are not equipped to look after you

Lovely experience. All staff friendly and helpful but special thanks to Deborah Jiki.My parents were having issues with their online banking, something to do with a techincal error and an issue that the call centre and other staff members were struggling to figure out. Thanks to Deborah's patience and help, although it took some time while, we were able to resolve the issue. Love Halifax for this.
