Had a tyre change a few months back and although they took my car in quickly, unfortunately, they don't know how to change car tyres which I think its one of the most simplest things any garage should know how to do. After that change I had problems with my tyres constantly loosing pressure (about 2psi a day) and my pressure warning light was consistently on. Halfords asked me to come back so that the issue can be investigated and then was told that nothing is wrong. The mechanic that I spoke to even said that driving on 22 Psi is absolutely fine! (No it is not). They proceeded to send me back home on unsafe tyres. Next day I decided to visit JustTyres and they did an inspection. They found that the tyres were not properly put on with dirt still on the rims that hasn't been cleaned causing leaking. On top of that, the new pressure valves were damaged too upon installation causing them to leak air as well. Since this visit my tyres are perfectly fine and are not loosing any pressure!
Had to pay an extra £200 to get that fixed. I'm not returning to Halfords Autocentre again. I really recommend to take your car elsewhere.

Incompetent and rude. Changed the wrong bulb even though it clearly stated on the MOT which one was required. Ian tried to pass the blame then he was rude on the phone and hung up on me.

Poor service for fleet vehicles through Arvel. Dropped van off at 8.25am. Arrived at 1600 to pick up.... Not ready due to "wrong oil filter" all other cars non fleet completed. If they looked at it when I dropped it off, might not have a delay. Arvel must have approved the service as it was booked through them.... Poor. Never again. Now I have 2hrs drive home...

Great garage. Helpful and friendly staff. Did my MOT at the time booked and was ready when I expected. Only down side is the limited car parking at site.

Website for fit on the drive service needs code inserted to not allow customers order tyres too big for the van to fit, it wasted nearly 24 hours to me getting a punctured tyre fixed. To add insult to injury National tyre depots seemed unwilling / unable to pick the issue up and show customer service was king at Halfords owned businesses.
