My husband and I often grab a Greggs for breakfast at the weekend, from our local Greggs in Farnborough. Today we had an event so visited this branch, but unfortunately we were disappointed.We buy a breakfast roll and regular hot drink each, as they run a breakfast deal for £2.85, but I realised the had guy overcharged us after we left. I also found a dark hair in my roll:( And they just generally didn't taste as nice as our local Greggs.

I went 27/4/24 to get a breakfast sausage roll, I had a 2 inch dark hair in the roll itself. The person who served me was handling my cash then went to make the roll with his bare unwashed hands. Why are the staff handling cash and preparing food without gloves or hand washing. And clearly no hair nets.

Was quite impressed with this Greggs. Staff were very attentive and efficient. Place was clean and the range of food stuffs for lunch was good. I like that there is a constant supply of fresh oven baked goods. I enjoyed the beef and veg pasty.Will go again.

CHECK YOUR ORDER. Every time I go there early in the morning, my order gets mixed up. Last time, I ordered sausage and bacon baguettes, and the staff started to prepare roll. A asked for a change, which they did but when I was about to eat it I realised that it should be three sausages not only two. I wouldn't complain about it, but orders are mixed very often.
