Amazing service, friendly and knowledgable staff. We went in for an engagement ring not really knowing what we wanted, a bit nervous. Izzi put us right at ease and found us an amazing ring. All the staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable and we didn't feel that we were under any obligation to buy anything. Would highly recommend and will return for the wedding bands.

We had the most lovely experience at Goldsmiths Basingstoke. A really lovely shop, I had the best experience when looking to buy a Tissot watch. Dealt with Izzi, who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Just goes to show going that extra mile means a lot to a customer experience.

I visited the store to enquire about my first luxury watch and was met by Caitriona who was extremely polite and accommodating. Knowing that I was new to this area she ran me through all sorts of different options and helped narrow down my next purchase. Highly recommend asking for her assistance when visiting the store. I will be returning within the near future to make a purchase!
