Had an extraction this morning and I was very nervous, Anju Mathew and her assistant were wonderful putting me at ease and sorting me out so efficiently with care and support. Must also commend the reception support as well. Great service all Thank you all.

As a family we have received treatment from Mr. Chris Green at My Dentist for more than 5 years and have always received excellent treatment. The receptionists are always helpful and careing. Even when under pressure they are always helpful.

Christopher Green and the team.The best Dentist I've ever had. Explains in detail what he is going to do, constantly asking about you comfort. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

Firstly I would like to say my whole family have never had even remotely a bad experience here, we are always well received and always feel very well looked after.Specifically what has prompted me to write this review is the treatment I received when I had an emergency where somehow half of what I thought was a perfectly healthy tooth broke off leaving me with a gigantic hole and razer sharp edge on the remaining part. I spoke to the receptionist who I always find very helpful and a pleasure to deal with and she managed to find me a slot that morning to come in as I was due to go on holiday imminently and I could have the tooth like that for a week. When I arrived I found both receptionists very sympathetic and understanding of my situation, I felt (like I always do here) in very good hands. When I got called in Dr Zabollnejad was very welcoming and immediately got to work treating the broken tooth. I couldn't believe how amazing of a job he done in such a short space of time. I was certain it would be a lost cause and just an extraction. The quality of the repair is almost like the damage never happened and its my understanding that this is just a temporary fix to get me through the holiday and I have a follow up appointment for when I get back. Dr Zabollnejad, you are a master of your craft and have a solid team around you. Thank you very much to all of you for all your help

If I could put 0 stars I would.First of all they should change receptionist. She even didn?t let me explain problem properly. Instead of getting help and understand the situation I got an advise to call at Thursday for emergency appointment which I can?t afford.1.25% increase for NHS and you can?t get proper treatment nor service with them. Same with a GP.Zero understanding from their side.Had to call my previous dentist (Reading) guess what after explaining to them how much in pain I am they sorted first available appointment plus rest of the favours what I had.

Absolutely disgusted by their underhand and immoral practice of cancelling appointment after appointment during 2020, then stating that its emergency appointments only in 2021 then striking off my whole family in 2022 for non-attendance for an appointment never even made.It seems just a way of reducing their patient list.Then to top it off, the disinterested and frankly unprofessional receptionist is rude, dismissive and confrontational.Not that this review makes any difference as they have their patients over a barrel.0 out of 5.

Struggling to get appointments with dentist taking last minute leave and reducing hours. Arrived today with an hours wait - no contact made prior to appt time. There was plenty of time to get in touch to save me being put at risk in a waiting room. Poor service

All I can say is a massive thank you to Mrs huma ghazanfar. Needed my tooth out. Been in pain for awhile and no messin. She looked at it and said do u want it out. I deffo said yes. And boom she got it out with no problems. Great service. And was in and home within the hour. ?

Just Excellent ! - I have been with them 10 years which is testament to how good they are. What you really want from a dentist is to feel at ease and receive professional treatment. They always offer that, superb dentists with fast appointments and friendly helpful reception staff as well. I fall under the category of "nervous" to say the least, but have never once felt worried about going to Gillies. Just friendly professional people doing a great job !

I have had 3 appointments scheduled in the two months (for myself and children). The first one was cancelled an hour before because the dentist couldn't make it to work. The rescheduled appointment yesterday for my daughter at 8.45am was 45 minutes late as the dentist was late to work and my appointment today was informed, after waiting for 20 mins, that would be at least another half hour as they had 2 emergency appts in that day. The receptionist was lovely as clearly not her fault and she has the painful job of passing this information on but my experience has been extremely frustrating. Now got to wait till mid June for my rescheduled appt as had to get back to work.

ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE. Had my appointments cancelled keep telling to phone next month and so on ..... Excuse was to say we had 3 dentist leave awaiting a start date for nearly 3 months now. Not surprised in the slightest why they would leave working in a place that offers this kind of treatment. Now we are expecting a 1.25% increase in NHS next year you should be ashamedfor this rubbish!! Not even worth a 1 star.
