I booked my sons car in for some front tyres via the web site at the Basingstoke branch. Hes got an old car and wanted some basic tyres which I ordered. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the car was taken straight in. On pick up the eyes and invoice was handed over and a thank you.I was impressed and have booked my car in for a AC recharge and Antifreeze flush next week.

Rude, unhelpful staff, asked for a quote on an exhaust replacement, and all got was attitude and the impression they didn't know what they were talking about? Should people like this be able to work on your car?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took car in for an MOT, was aware brakes needed replacing, they didn?t even check the brakes and when asked to provide the brake test sheet they said they had lost it. They told me the shock absorbers needed replacing, they replaced them with the wrong ones. We told them to put the old ones back and paid the time cost but not the parts. Took it to another garage (blue Peter) and they confirmed they did not need replacing. The place is a scam.

Did my MOT on 19.01.24 and was been pass was happy that MOT was passed one day after went to changed tyre at JUST TYRE at Basingstoke they said that my front tyre is tread was just 1.6 which he said if was been caught then i should had get 3 points and in back rear tyre there was a big nail near to eadge which is not repairable had to changed tyre because its very dangerous specially with kids in moterway and the manger at just tyre was suprised that how come my MOT was passed and did not mention anything regarding both tyre saftey they just mention that there is a nail thats it and i was also wondering how my MOT was passed with sharp object in tyrwhich is very dangerous.

Terrible experience. 'Tony' was a disgrace and the company seriously needs to look at his performance before he damages more customers cars and abuses them with his attitude.

Excellent service at Formula One today. They sorted out my MOT, did any work required for my Ford Focus to pass the MOT both efficiently and with a minimum fuss. Was kept informed of what was happening throughout and would recommend.
