Shelly has been so amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. She is kind, talented, professional and is great at adapting to different budgets and ideas. “I was absolutely delighted by the way I was treated at M&S Chineham. I broke down outside and was awaiting the AA. At the same time I only had a few bars on my phone so went into the store to enquire if I could borrow a phone charger. The man who I dealt with (sorry didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to try to help me. They let me charge my phone and also let me have a cup of tea and sandwich for my 3 year old.
