Completely incapable of dealing with an order for a watch strap. Nobody in the shop ever seemed to know even basic answers and had to refer them to a manager who never seemed to be present. Promises to return calls were rarely met, and then system blamed. Could not take payment over the phone but insisted on payment up front. Eventually a just gave up and tried somebody else.

Really disappointed. Family kindly gave me a ring from this jeweller for my 18th, which unfortunately was the wrong size. Went into branch to get a smaller size ordered, however after a week, the so-called new delivery came and felt a very similar size as the old ring, however this time had no boxing and was given to me straight out of a plastic bag.. I did take it in haste with one of the sales assistants told me it was the right size and to try it. I returned this afternoon, unhappy and explained how i was confident it was the wrong size, however another sales assistant tried to tell me it was correct even though it was virtually falling off my finger. after all of this i decided to take it home to show family and make sure it wasn't just me, however they are as assured as me that it is the wrong size. I feel that they have completely wasted my time, and i hope to visit tomorrow for a full refund. `Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Can't be thankful enough for them repairing a really special piece of jewelry. They took a massive amount of care and it's hugely appreciated.
