Happy to take my money for a phone they never ordered in. And then couldn't find my payment even though I had proof of payment. I'm discussed with the service I received from this branch. Thank god my bank can claim my money back.

First day I went there, the guy actually tried to help with the issue. I was told it should sort out next day, but if it doesn't, please come back and I was fine with that response.
Next day, I go back and the lady promptly says, there is nothing more the store can help you out with. Not the repsonse you expect when you're suffering because of EE's screwup (not the store's but the wider EE as a company).

Each guide I spoke to gave me different information contradicting the previous ones. I wasn't informed about cancellation of my first order (which I did in the store in person) at all! If I hadn?t called them and hadn?t managed to get through (waiting much time and not once just to get connected to the right person), I would?ve waited and spent even more time for just NOTHING. So, when after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I got to know, just by chance, about the cancellation of my order, I made another order by phone, needed to pay a deposit of £20, and the guide reassured me, because I had already waited for almost 2 weeks, that I would receive the router on the next day. Of course, this didn?t happen, so when 2 days later I managed to get through the line again, I was told by another guide that this couldn?t be true and that I needed to wait for 2 more weeks! Then I was told that while waiting for the Broadband installation I could use the hotspot connection. But after trying to do this, it turned out that there was no access to any of the EE hotspots at my address! So I decided to cancel the order completely. That was another nightmare. Two days of my explanations, their clarifications and my requests to have the WRITTEN CONFIRMATION of the order cancellation, claiming my deposit back and reassuring they would cancel the outsourced engineers fot the cancelled installation as they kept sending the messages that they would shortly contact me to confirm the installation date????? As a result, I just lost time and the nerves. The deposit, unexpectedly, was returned quite soon (although it could have been returned later, according to their terms). I took another provider and got the WiFi installed after a few days of ordering. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it?s a shame((

If you want to choose EE i?m gonna tell you don?t do that cause that disgusting pool service and when you going to the store, you will tell them the problem you have but they are disappointed. They don?t help you at all. They try to do in line with you. Nothing else. ??

Excellent service from start to finish, extremely helpful at migrating us from BT to EE as BT will be business only and got the right deal for us.

There was an assistant who was really helpful! She gave me a really excellent technical rundown of the differences between the phones and associated contracts. I'm very impressed with how much information she was able to provide to help me to make a decision. I would really recommend going into this EE shop before buying your next phone or doing an upgrade!

If you want to buy something this place is probably ok. But if you are looking for help with a technical problem you are better off calling the EE helpline. And if you chose visit this shop be prepared to be ignored and be prepared to wait.
