I turned up close to closing time, I wasn't actually intending to purchase there and then but I was able to pre order whilst in the sale and there was no pressure to rush it through and get me out the door so they could close on time, friendly and helpful staff

Carl sorted out my mattress and frame, really nice bloke, very approachable and knowledgeable, offered us a drink as we were sorting out the costings, he went through all the information about delivery of the bed and gave recommendations on what would help in my situation.
