Looks like I?m not the only one adding to the undercooked pizza?s. I?ve ordered a few pizzas in the past few weeks and every time they?ve been undercooked or almost raw dough. We initially thought it might have been the new Korean pizza but no it seems to be all 3 pizzas for us and clearly from other reviews it?s becoming a common theme.
We asked for a new pizza to be cooked and we?ll bring back the original but were told that?s how pizzas are meant to look/be and will not be giving us a new pizza.
With all the staff that seems to stand around in the shop perhaps someone can look at the quality control before all the reviews will become negative

Another review to say this branch is NOT cooking the pizzas properly, theyre undercooked.
Twice in the last 2 weeks weve collected stuffed crust pizzas only for them to be almost inedible, with the crust bright white and raw, cheese not melted properly.
How are they not seeing the pizza isnt cooked??
We wont be back.
Other people are making the same complaints, perhaps instead of brushing people off you could listen and fix the cooking time / oven so the pizzas come out cooked?!

Ordered 3 pizzas, one wasn't great at all called to complain. Complete waste of time. Apparently they only send out pizzas if they are perfectly cooked....... I would say being able to see the stands of cheese undercooked. Sadly hungry kids meant some had been eaten. They were only prepared to see a picture of the whole pizza as it had arrived. Customer service is everything. Shocking.

Ordered for delivery, driver didn't have all the items, 2 missing, said he would return to store and speak to them and that I should call the store, I called them told them items were missing and they said they would bring them out, driver calls back and tells me they won't send the missing items as the manager packed it himself so knows it was all there, he rude on the phone, horrendous customer service.

Popped in at lunchtime and was met by a cheerful young lady behind the counter. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza for collection & I was given a 10-15 minute wait time. When to tesco and returned 10 minutes later & my pizza was ready to collect. Piping hot and absolutely delicious.Parking: A multitude of parking spaces to choose from. Parked my 7.5 tonne lorry with no issue.

Was quoted 22-30 mins for delivery. Actually took nearly an hour. Tracker told me my order had been delivered approx 7 mins before it actually appeared - and when it did arrive I didn't get my extra dip and then found it on the floor where the delivery guy had dropped it. Food was just about luke warm - absolutely disgusted.

Good service, unfortunately food under cooked even. Did issue another pizza as good will, still under cooked. Think the oven could do with a calibration.
