Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and chicken stripes. Chicken was lovely and hot!! Pizza was luke warm! First time I ordered here disappointed pizza was nearly cold. Delivery girl was polite.

Really not happy my wife is highly allergic to cinnamon so we ordered the chocolate and oreo crumb as does not state it has cinnamon. Ordered this and is covered in cinnamon with chocolate over the top it does not state so phoned an ambulance as swelled and could not breath

Really rude staff
I went in to order a lunch deal to collect, as I was stood at the counter to order they told me it would be quicker to order on the app.
They could have taken my order in the time it would have taken me to unlock my phone. So needless to say I left without ordering due to the attitude I received.

Worst dominoes I?ve been to. Somehow messed up the order completely. I ordered a meteor pizza and they somehow ready that as a chicken pizza.

Wow BAD after ordering a pizza via the website that clearly asks for post code my nearest is Brighton hill Basingstoke ? website sent to wrong store ? waiting at the Brighton hill stor told order not ready yet it?s in oven.. lied !!!!! Then when asked 20 mins later told they do not have an order for me omg this is an absolute shambles

We just ordered pizza from Brighton hill branch. The food came cold and the wrong pizza was delivered. We called to inform them of this and the manager an Asian male taking on the background as a teenager answered the phone showed absolute disregard for the mistake they made and offered no solution. Be careful.

I placed an order and when one item didn?t arrived, I called to let them know, a very nice man answered the phone and corrected the issue, sending someone out to bring the missing item along with an extra item, very grateful and appreciative! Thank you for your kind customer service! Definitely coming here again!

Utterly horrific. Ordered at 6pm delivered the wrong order..so caught the driver and he took it back..redelivered, order wrong again..went back to shop and never came back. Called to shop, spoke to 3 people, two of which barely spoke English, explaining the situation to all three. Asked for refund, said would refund one side and hung up! Not even a sorry?horrendous..

I placed an order for delivery on the 6/11/2023 for both myself and my family, We ordered a meatball marinara pizza, potato wedges, Chicken kickers, Dominoes cookies for our son, We spent over £30, When the food arrived it was cold and tasteless, Both me and my family experienced unpleasant food poisoning symptoms from this restaurant it made us all really ill, I have reported this food safety issue including poor quality hygiene, environmental health, We are regular Customer of the franchise but we will not be returning anytime soon or plans to in the future,

Rang up to place a order for a collection, we'll I didn't succeed. The lady on the phone kept me on the phone for about 8-10 mins , she confirmed my name the kept saying one moment. I explained I was minutes away before she rudely interrupted me too, she was very rude. So I explained I wasn't going to continue with order after that experience.
I never heard back from the area manager as advised in the email.... just shows how good the service is.
