Had a many take aways from this dominos but unfortunately this time was disappointed. The bbq sauce around the two pizzas ordered was on the outside only not on the whole pizza! Complained on the main site but because I had no photos ???? they would not take it further! We have used them many times before without issue. Shame on you dominos, customer lost ?

Food arrived 15 mins later than the tracking stated the driver was rude because he couldn?t find us when we got the order it looked like the food had been dropped kicked from Overton to Laverstoke we risked eating a slice and tasted off so through the rest away we won?t be ordering from Overton again as this wasn?t the first time we?ve had issues from them

We've had a few issues with the wrong thing being delivered or cold food but its normally quickly rectified. However, we recently had the wrong order delivered and phoned up to have it switched out only to be told they didnt have what we'd ordered and it was substituted without saying. I was offered a voucher for the trouble which I never received. I got in contact with Dominos customer care team and they were no help at all. It's difficult to enjoy this as a treat when it turns up wrong and is not properly rectified. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Wanted to thank Hemant? Sorry if I have mis-spelled that ???? I was in the store as it opened today, Sunday 9th March ?25. He was on his own, but took the time to get me the best deal for my Dads birthday gathering in Overton. He was able to ensure it was ready for collection 2 hrs after ordering. Yummy as ever! Made Dads day to have this treat. Thank you ?

We ordered a delivery of 2 pizzas for 5:15 (we never order dominos; was a one off treat). One pizza arrived (cold) at 6:15 alongside a side that we hadn?t ordered, I returned the side to the driver who phoned the store for the second pizza (an individual cheese and tomato - nothing challenging) who said they?d send out one with a new driver. An hour later the same driver comes back with the pizza, now two hours after our original time. He was very apologetic and it wasn?t his fault as the store had failed to cook the pizza before his return.
All around shoddy and disappointing service and my daughter had to wait 2 hours for a pizza.

Ordered a collection for tonight, I arrived a bit early, the staff were very friendly, whilst waiting I watched them work, they all worked great together, went about their duties with speed, but taking care to get it right, they helped and supported each other, it was great to witness, food was good quality, nicely cooked. Very impressive

Ordered a selection of items, half of which turned up after 40 minutes stone cold. The delivery driver was gone before I'd had time to check what was missing so phoned the store to complain and was told the missing items would be sent out immediately. They eventually arrived after almost an hour, again all cold.
This place used to be decent - what's happened, has it changed hands?

Food late and arrived cold. Ordered and it took 1hr 20 to deliver. Tried calling. Member of staff wasn't honest and hung up before call ended. Have emailed into dominos but referred back to the branch who hung up on us! Awful service.

After waiting over an hour for 2 pizza?s I called the store and was told they were going to give the delivery driver call and call me back. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for this call which never happened so I called back and the person on the other end was extremely unhelpful. I didn?t end up getting either pizza?s and am unsure whether or not a refund is coming. Highly distrustful and do not recommend. If I could?ve given 0 stars, I would?ve.

First time that we tried Dominos pizza ... never again - was nothing like pizza we had elsewhere with thin crust pizza including fresh good quality topiings.
