Absolutely appalled by the manager of this Costa, disgustingly rude and unprofessional.
I know I'm not the first person to have issues with this manager. Amy curtis has got an ongoing issue with this costa due to harassment by the manager and another member of staff.
Have also seen alot more reviews expressing the rudeness of the manager and other members of staff.

Ordered a large latte (take-away) for about £4.50. The taste was atrocious. The flavour of coffee is barely detectable. If I didn?t need a hot drink right now, it?d go in the bin! Not fit for purpose.
BTW, the barista was kind and polite.
Will I patronise Costa again? No.
I wonder, why do people shop at this Costa coffee shop? Perhaps because there is no other choice within miles and miles. ?
If you ever wondered about the roots of the British mediocrity, this might be it.
For £4.50 I deserve to get at least one spoon of ground coffee beans in my latte. I was CHEATED.

Can be quite slow at times with service but everyone's friendly
Vegetarian options: Very big Vegetarian/Vegan section
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free options, but if unsure alwaus asl the staff
Parking: At least 3 big free car parks
Kid-friendliness: The staff are friendly towards kids, theres not much of a kids menu but there are some choices, such as marshmallow with a milk (or chocolate) babychino. Various versions of milks around for allergy awareness (just make the staff aware)
Wheelchair accessibility: Doorbell to request a staff member to open the door for you, shop is all one level and easy to enter with a wheelchair, spaces between sole tables can be quite tight but there are plenty of spaces

The team at this Costa is second to non! We hold all our meetings here and love how excited they get to see our dogs! They are always so friendly and would recommend this coffee shop to anyone! The manager is so incredible and keep her staff so happy! Tiegan is also great at creating whatever order is thrown at her!!

went in there today. staff are very unprofessional and rude was humiliated infront of many customers who agreed i handled it well. have put a complaint into head office this store is poorly managed

I visit a lot of Costa Coffee shops and can honestly say this is the worst. Some of the staff do not smile or greet the customers in fact one of them was extremely rude. I tried to help by putting out used coffee cups on a tray onto some shelves, a very rude man shouted at me not to put it there as it didn't belong. No thank you or offering to take it from me, he just walked off.I have never been spoken to like that before.I think the staff in this store really need training and start greeting the customer with a smile. I suggest they go to the Costa Coffee in the hospital the staff there are really friendly and helpful.If they are not happy in their work find another job.I will certainly not be visiting again.

I pop in most mornings on my walk to work and the staff are very kind and efficient in my opinion. The recent refurb looks great. Wish the shop was in a bigger unit however as it is often veryyyy busy and gets a bit cramped. The poor staff are rushed off their feet a lot of the time!

Rude staff would not complete the order the way that every other costa has done. Specifically asked for Coconut milk as serverley allergic to milk. Made it with normal milk. They were rude when asked to remake with coconut milk.
