The place is quite messy, and the ceiling looks really unclean. The wait time is frustratingly long?there are four people who seem to be just going through the motions, while only one person is actually making coffee. Meanwhile, there's a huge line of people waiting.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Costa and will not be returning. I visited with my partner to relax after some Christmas shopping, intending to enjoy a latte and hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.
First, the state of the toilet was appalling, dirty and without toilet paper, which was unacceptable. After information the staff about this I was informed ?we know.?
When our order was ready, the presentation of the hot chocolate was poor, with the cup barely half full and cream overflowing messily. I politely requested a replacement, but the second attempt was no better: again, half a cup of hot chocolate with an excessive amount of cream.
To make matters worse, the staff member who made the previous one, brought it over placed it on the table with an unprofessional attitude, saying, ?Is that better for you?? before walking away.
This lack of cleanliness, quality, and customer service was deeply disappointing.
I will definitely not be returning to this branch.

Too slow to serve. I usually only leave good reviews but the service was so unbearably slow I had to leave.
It might be good but I guess I'll never know.

Awful now . Used to have lovely staff. Now 1 looks like she will thump anyone. The other female looks so peed off she doesn't want to be there..

Awful drink & awful service. Ordered a mango & passionfruit coola and all these did was poor juice into a glass. I complained and said this was not the experience I had with other branches, they made it again but did the exact same thing and told me I was wrong. Asked for a refund and was refused. Would never return to this brand again.

I thought nice location and there is Costa then why not but this one put me off. Long queue for customers but staff bit busy in chatting. Took a while to grab a coffee and go out rather then sit there. Dirty tables, rubbish on floor and flies around. Sorry to say but not a good experience and hope it's a last one because not coming back.

Absolutely disgusted at the reaction from the manager after letting her know my cheese and tomato toastie was hard and dry like it had been there for days. She reacted like she wanted to fight me and was pointing her finger and accusing me of lying. I will make a complaint and I will not be spoken to like that by anyone

Walked into the store and said hello, was ignored by both staff members. I took them almost 10 minutes to acknowledge the queue, which is ridiculous considering it was empty. They didn?t even greet us to at least let us know they would be with us in a moment.They then took 11 minutes to make the coffee which is unnecessary. On a quote Sunday morning at 9am, it?s shouldn?t be taking so long, and if it does, a simple ?thanks for waiting? or ?sorry for the delay? would?ve rectified that but instead we were met with attitude. All in all I shouldn?t be in a coffee shop nearly 20 minutes with NO LINE.

Flies completely over the ceiling, in areas where food and drinks are prepared...horrible experience. Putting this down to a franchisee not caring rather then the staff. It's pretty disgusting and we didn't stay.

Awful experience today, will not be returning , eat in in takeaway cups, long wait, cream added to takeaway cups then lids pushed on, cream leaking everywhere.
