Have now visited this place twice now and both times they have had falt equipment. This franchise obviously doesn't look after but at their stores. Don't bother.

Worst Iced Mocha ever. I was first offered iced milk and espresso, I reminded the staff about the Coco powder who then poured the coffee back into the blender and added a few scoops of Coco, who then took the drink to the back and came back out. I threw the drink in the bin instantly. It was badly made and wasn't prepared... read full comment

Just bought an awful bubble tea from them. Mostly ice, literally three sips of awful tea from the bags and some bubbles. £4.35 for that. Never again
