Maybe the pharmacy representatives/owners won't be reading this but I hope that will be helping people who read it. Pharmacy First should be implemented by training the pharmacy personnel. The pharmacy personnel should keep a list with names of the people enquiring for medical advice from the qualified pharmacist. Just been placed in the queue by a young lad in there and the other 2 people who arrived after me and been directed by another lad have been seen first. Just a waste of time when it is actualy simplier to go to A&E... Basically the pharmacist came out aware that he was supposed to see some people and been guided just by the the lad who attended the 2 people by pointing with the hand towards them.... And me because I have bee attended by the young lad who was now at the back of the pharmacy I have been ignored.

Came past this Chemist for a BP check at the end of a long commute. Asked to take a seat and wait my turn to then be turned away due to close time. Why not skip the wait and turn me down initially as this was the outcome in the end. Simply lack of care.

In the past, it?s always been a bit of a wait? now it?s AMAZING!!! This new manager, I?m sorry I didn?t get his name, was so fast, friendly and polite!! He was wearing a black sweater and has a beard and shaved head.I hope he stays there as this is the fastest and most efficient service this pharmacy has ever seen!!! To all the customers: please be kind to this man, he?s amazing! To the employer: I know to most employers employees are simply numbers, but sometimes you lose great workers because of lack of recognition and appreciation. Going back to my initial point-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COHEN?S PHARMACY!!!

What is the point of having an online booking system and taking customer contact details for a flu jab if you turn up to be told no flu jabs available. I am disappointed that you didn't even think to call me to say that you were unable to carry out the flu jab, given that you have to pay to park in Basingstoke. Absolutely shocking customer service.

You are an appalling shower of unprofessionals. You allow your scum customers to berate someone who enquired about the whereabouts of their prescription required to assist their breathing. The abuse given by the drug addled individuals waiting in the queue is totally unacceptable and your coward of a pharmacist stood back and allowed and condoned their abuse. She needs to be sacked. Your company is a joke. I urge everyone to avoid using this chemist. They are beyond contempt. Utter rubbish.How is this behaviour (chemist and queue) even allowed. The police have been informed. You deserve to be closed down. Disgusting customer service by a weak, pathetic bunch of cowards.

Just go somewhere else. Always problems. Always long time waiting yet no one in queue. Always ?prescription missing? or ?incorrect?. Avoid at all costs.

I think this is a nice little pharmacy that copes with a high volume of work. The staff are friendly and work very hard. I collect my partner?s meds here regularly and never have any issues

Very friendly staff unfortunately due to staff shortages wait times for prescriptions is incredibly bad. Last prescription took over an hour to fill

Everyone is slow, like they are all high everything is taking so long.Last time I waited 30min for tube of cream to be put in a paper bag, to then discover my prescription was ready for more than a day. But no one could be bothered to send a text, like they say they do.Take some vitamins from your shelves.

Joke Shop. Just not a funny one.Supposed to be a late night pharmacy, open until 11pm weeknights. Yet on several occasions recently they have been closing around 6pm. Something that you have no way of knowing until you arrive there. I do appreciate the efforts you have gone to by putting a notice in the window stating that you will be closing early that night. Maybe I should have got there earlier so that I would have seen the notice prior to you closing and therefore collect my prescription instead of arriving after your early closure. That would mean that the notice was of no benefit to anyone whatsoever. And there was me thinking that you need to have at least a little intelligence to be a pharmacist.
