I feel so sorry for the staff here, having to put up with such a dreadful customer base who think they can behave how they want. I witnessed kids pretending to pay (by registering a pinpad error), then walking out with stuff. The prices are outrageous, which doesn't help, but customers should think about the people who are serving them.

Today I went into my local Co-Op in Rooksdown?The first thing you notice just how friendly all the staff are?the shop is always spotlessly clean! As I approached the checkout, Chris the gentleman at the till said ?Hello Diane! I haven?t seen you in a while I hope all is well! My goodness I was bold over by his realisation that I hadn?t been around for a couple of weeks?.
