First time ive been here in a year as I moved out of town and the food has really gone down hill so I wont be going back, how hard is it to cook an egg where the whites are actually cooked sent back and still didn't do it properly also staff at the till didn't seem to know how to process the festival place rewards card and just stood there while she took my order not saying anything made me feel really uncomfortable id advise anyone wanting breakfast to try either Boswells just down from them or mr much by the library

Popped in to this cafe last Sunday for 2 x regular black americano's & 2 x slices of carrot cake(GF) & wont be making this expensive/disappointing mistake again. The coffee was weak/tasteless and the'slithers' of carrot cake wouldn't have fed a gerbil. AND they charged £5.25/slice! Outrageous con. Everything seemed too much trouble for the woman at the till and all this to the accompaniment of barking dogs v crying babies.

Nothing for vegans on the menus. When I asked the waitress for vegan food she recommended eggs and hallumi. I walked out and found a restaurant called cosy club which has a separate menu for vegans and cater for celiac.

What's the point of advertising all day breakfast ...special journey on a Sunday morning for breakfast just to be told "we don't serve breakfast"....wasted visit.....it was 11am ....so well before midday ....regardless, why then advertise it as "all day breakfast" if you stop serving it at midday......your reply makes no sense

This cafe has always been my "go to" in Basingstoke due to their nice food at reasonable prices... but went in today and a coffee was £3.60 and a CROISANT was £3.25... £3.25 for a croisant, no thanks I'll find another place to go!!

Food is always great and so fresh, always end up talking to other customers while sat at the tables. Can seem a little expensive for some things but food is of good quality. Come here at least once a month!Dietary restrictions: I breastfeed and have to drink oat milk which they provide with their hot drinks.

Popped in for quick sandwich to go, and I must say that panini was incredibly delicious!I will definitely come more often ??Also the team was very friendly and helpful!

I had the best jacket potato here yesterday! Staff very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
