10 out of 10, I travel to this store as my local one is awful (Overton), staff are always helpful and cheerful. These lovely ladies always serve with a smile. They keep you informed on process of prescription, when I've been low on medication and just arrive with fingers crossed, sometimes the waiting time can be lengthy but you have to remember they have more than 1 customer wanting their meds. Considering it's a small shop and there work load has increased considerably of late, you are doing a grand job, keep up the good work.

A small store, I went in to get some wound dressings, while I was there I noticed the shop was very well stocked with baby products which impressed me. Sadly the cashier , an elderly woman displayed a rather poor attitude. I arrived with only six minutes to spare before closing, but due to the queue of customers, my turn came about 2 minutes before closing time . The cashier appeared irritated , I found it disheartening that she made it so obvious that my presence at 5:58 PM bothered her. She stood , one hand on her hip glaring at me, and even shouted at her coworker to go and close the doors. This was my first time in this shop and would probably be my last . When I visit a store, I expect the staff to demonstrate professionalism and respect, just as I do with them. Rudeness towards customers is unacceptable regardless of how near it is to closing time.
I hope management takes notice of this and considers offering some basic customer service training to this member of staff. Maybe a gentle reminder that customers are not adversaries might be beneficial all parties.

Friendly staff, managing the queque. Mia was great in consulting our little one and prescribed necessary treatment. Quick and efficient visit.

Never answer the phone and take several days to get your prescription ready once sent over by the GP.

If I could give no stars I would. My doctor was quick to give me some tablets as I have bad labyrinthitis and keep being sick so was wanting the tablets urgently. When my husband went there to get the tablets he waited ages whilst ?she? carried on emptying boxes and said I?ll be with you in a minute. Shocking customer service. She then said I haven?t even printed that prescription off yet! So my husband went away and then went back and she said it?s now in the queue!!!! There was no one else in the shop!!! My husband is still standing there waiting for it. I will NEVER go there again. In the meantime I have been sick twice more - THANKS boots!! My doctor reacted so quickly to my predicament but Boots has let me down big time!

After an abysmal experience with the Boots pharmacy at Western Way, rlthought I'd give this one a try, despite previous poor experiences
Queue out of the door, so gave up after 5 minutes
Not sure how these pharmacies stay in business based on their terrible customer service

DO NOT go there if you just want to buy something OTC. It's just a very tiny dispensary, it's not a shop. The queue was so long it would have taken me 30 mins just to get served to buy lip balm

If i could give this chemist no stars I would. This pharmacy Boots, the South ham pharmacy Boots & the one in town are all diabolical. All staff are ignorant & i swear it's a "Boots Chemist" thing as the old B.Hill Boots was the same. They leave you standing for about 30mins in a queue whilst chatting or disappearing behind the medicine counter, it's like they 'get off' on being ignorant & self righteous, it honestly is sickening. Total attitude, lact of customer service & damn right rude. I only go in when i have a Boots order....i absolutely hate it in there, queuing for 30mins plus.... in a tiny little box, people having to stand outside too because of ignorant, slow & rude staff....getting their "daily cheap Boots kicks & thrills" Everytime i hear....your prescription isn't ready to every single person, some have even been waiting days, weeks & theres a big communication break down between them & medical professionals, it's absolutely sickening. One man could barely walk or stand.... prescription not ready. I don't think I've ever seen a prescription be ready & handed straight over to the customer....it would never be handed straight over anyway, as they make you wait a long length of time for "their privilege" of serving you. The person on the till ignores you & strolls off behind the medicine counter, your left standing like numpties for ages.
Please use the B.Hill pharmacy, a lot better run, two people on the till or going down the queue taking your name for prescriptions that are ready, or just for any general query/something to buy etc.

Absolutely shocking chemist, sending a gentleman in his wheelchair who is a double amputee who pushed himself to the chemist knowing his prescription was there only to be told that he had to come back in the afternoon after 3pm. Should be ashamed of yourselves on that day it was absolutely hammering down with rain all day poor guy was absolutely soaked. You could of easily done his prescription for him. then whilst waiting for my own prescription heard the girls talking about him and giggling saying tough luck he has to come back. Disgraceful and disgusting behaviour from all of you.

Both my wife and myself requested a repeat prescription from the Beggarwood surgery. As ever, both were approved within a couple of days. Imagine the shock when she got a text from Boots on about day 7 saying that it was ready for collection!! HOWEVER, after 22 days(!!!), I am still waiting for the pharmacy to "count" 1 inhaler into a bag and have it checked?! What a farce! People rely on this medication! This is the second consecutive time that it has taken over 3wks!
