Not impressed with the flat refusal to supply Golden Eye Cream for my sore eyes. I have used this product a few times over the years and never been refused before. It's not like it's a prescription medicin. Total lack of customer service!

The Pharmacy staff go above and beyond all the time. Yesterday my prescription hadn't arrived in the store and I was feeling a bit panicked as I can't be without my medication. The lovely lady, I don't know her name, made sure that they had enough of my medication so that I could collect today. The surgery put through an urgent prescription last night and when I called at 10am this morning, I spoke to Mark (who is always so helpful, friendly and professional) he was in the process of checking my prescription. So happy that I chose Boots for my prescriptions. Fantastic staff.

A young lady serving me today was very unhelpful & had an attitude!! You need to train your staff better & explain to them that they are supposed to help customers with an enquiry & not be rude to them!
Otherwise customers go elsewhere!!

Over the years the items stocked and stock availability has reduced considerably. There are now far too many empty spaces on the shelves, with some items out of stock for several weeks.
As others have mentioned there is a ridiculous set up sometimes with some of the aisles blocked off, which is very irritating and completely unnecessary.
This store needs to talk to their customers and turn this around to be more efficient and customer focused. Many of the staff are quite helpful when you ask for assistance, but nobody is proactive, or gives you the impression they really care.

Disgusting service- avoid this store! After receiving a giftcard as a present, I attempted to scratch the area to show the pin code- this was either scratched off in the process or not present. As I wanted to use the card online, this made the giftcard was unusable. I then called customer service who advised this was a fault with the card, and that if I was to go into a Boots store they could give me a replacement giftcard. I entered the Chineham store 16/12/23 around 12:30pm and was served by an elderly blonde woman who was extremely unhelpful, and rude. When I explained the issue she first told me that I'd have to buy something in order to get a replacement giftcard, she then stated she wouldn't give me a replacement and I could only use the giftcard in the store. I confirmed that customer service said that I could get a replacement, and that the card was faulty. I explained that I'd be happy to call Boots Customer service to get confirmation, and then after sighing and rolling her eyes the woman serving me spoke with her manager and stated she would actually give me a replacement. When handing the replacement giftcard over she then told me that \\\"next time I should be more careful\\\", I asked her to confirm what she said and she repeated this, stating it was my fault that the card was faulty! I left the store very disappointed, and will ensure I tell others to avoid the store and in particular that woman working there.

Although it was a Sunday when i shopped here it was still busy but the only staff i saw on duty was 1 lady on the till and 2 at the pharmacy so there were long ques not good

Not the best store. Fairly convenient location, but not the best stock selection or amount of stock on shelves. I would be more likely to go to the store in town over this one.
