Staff are lovely, and friendly and helpful. Sometimes the queues can be long and service seems slow but the girls are busy and help you as soon as they can.

Poorly run chemist. Very rarely you go in there and your prescription is ready. They have to make it up which takes 45mins +. Then they tell you some of its missing. So you phone daily to check your meds are in to save a wasted journey. But no one answers the phone. You need a new manager

Really unacceptable for staff in this particular chemist, to keep people waiting for 1 whole hour, while they have some sort of meeting/chit chat. Many medications are life saving. Please consider this when taking over an hour to serve people in the future. Someone should have been serving!

Poor service when trying to collect prescription sent directly to them from the surgery, the pharmacy claimed they didn?t not have it. After 10 minutes of searching on the computer, they did have the prescription but the items were not in stock.

Closed between 1pm and 2pm every day for lunch? All the local boots pharmacies seem to do this now, why is that acceptable? Not listed on the boots website either so you have to travel all the way here to find out. One of the only windows of time working people get to actually go get their medication and it's closed. Way to serve the community, ever heard of managing shifts properly?

Terrible service. Massive queue but nobody interested in serving. While I was there 2 people got fed up and left.
I can see why their reviews are so bad.
Take your chances with a witch doctor. More likely to get a cure.
