Absolutely abysmal. Have moved to another pharmacy as of today (23/2/24), after being made to feel small by a member of staff upon going to collect my prescription for my epilepsy - who asked me if my GP had spoken about an alternative. I didn't know what they were going on about and then, had the nerve to tell me that they spoke about this on my last collection... WHEN THEY DID NOT! No warning that the medication I needed was out of stock until I went to collect - prior to me leaving with the prescription to get my meds elsewhere.Appalling customer service, poor experience overall: agonising long waits/queues for collecting prescription - with staff aware but not really prepared to do anything, while certain staff members are happy to stand around and chat about their personal lives or slag customers off.They could be so much better - and normally are, but I'm sorry - this branch has gone down the drain spectacularly. Needs improving urgently on all fronts.

Terrible service. Massive queue but nobody interested in serving. While I was there 2 people got fed up and left.I can see why their reviews are so bad.Take your chances with a witch doctor. More likely to get a cure.

They haven't improved. Can't get them on the phone keeps cutting off. Waiting for repeat prescription for 3weeks and no text to say its arrived. Dare not go in as the queues and then to be told they haven't got them. Have they got problems with their suppliers as well. Please help any other pharmacy better than boots please.

When are you employing more staff boots cut backs cut backs cut backs. We need more pharmacy not less. Staff are good. Housing expansion needs more pharmacy's and new hospital.

Awful - agonisingly slow and seemingly entirely unaware of a huge queue of customers waiting to be dispensed medicine. Appreciate it?s a very studious and detailed job, but just a little more urgency.

Service is incredibly slow, meaning very long queues and long wait times for prescriptions to be prepared.No urgency from staff and just generally a poor experience and customer service.

My prescription has been submitted for 14 days and I know it has been signed by my GP. I have tried for three days to telephone the Boots Pharmacy to chase it up but the phone is ignored.

Extremely rude staff, they talk about patients in a bad way as soon as they leave the door so all other customers can hear, very unprofessional and very very slow service

Absolutely appalling.I get they are short staffed but the (acting) managers attitude was disgusting.Moaning about other customer infront of waiting customers. Telling every one how she doesn't want the managers job as you have to work.Lady you are in the wrong job.

Poor service. Not open Saturdays anymore and close 1 till 2 for lunch except this week they have decided to close 1 till 3! Thing is you only discover this when you walk there and find a poster on the door.

Short staffed and those who do work there are often inept and rude , so not only do u have to wait aaages to collect Yr medication u then have to be polite to a member of staff who doesn't offer the same courtesy
