1st time visiting this branch and I didn't realize there were trollies available. Ended up carrying far too much stuff and dropping things everywhere. Harrison saw I was struggling and went and fetched a trolly from outside. Really excellent act of customer service.

Sells out of date stuff and the workers are rude

The car park is filthy. Overgrown areas which makes it look uninviting. Vast amount of fly tipping left. Over flowing bins.
Clean inside. shelves stacked well. Some areas a bit messy.
Some staff friendly. Need to be aware of the odour coming off the staff....very unattractive.

Quite a depressing shopping experience, very disorganised and dirty. Two cashiers were having a full-blown argument with each other behind their tills in full view of customers. I was gobsmacked, and I won?t return. Horrible

I went to B&M store in Basingstoke (Thorneycroft Industrial Estate) yesterday with my family and my one year old baby needed some breast milk. I asked one of the customers assistance for a place to breastfeeding or at least a chair to seat. He proposed to use the toilet which I refused. Then he asked his manager the option of using the office. She refused immediately so I asked if I could have at least a chair to sit with my baby for breastfeeding. She replayed: ?there is not anywhere here for breastfeeding?. It was 2 degrees outside and my baby was crying so I had to sit on the floor to breastfeed my baby.
The guy I asked in first instance offer me a stood after seeing us sitting on the floor.
This is unacceptable!!
