From the moment we walked in, all 3 girls were so friendly (apologies, I only caught Jenny's name and not the other 2!). Asked what we were after, offered advice, but left us to our own devices and we weren't pushed. They were also absolutely wonderful with our 3 year old Daughter, talking to her about Disney princesses and one even put 'let it go' on for her (and our Daughter gave a little show! ?) and showing her the 'magic bed'. We purchased the mattress we wanted and were able to take it away (it didn't fit in my husbands car) but it seemed no issue to hold for us. Really lovely and friendly staff and that makes a huge difference! A really big thank you!

Avoid..Don't buy from here. We bought 3 wardrobes 1 year ago, none of them are in good condition. A mirror door was broken at the time of fitting from Unprofessional staff, complained many time but unfortunately have to go through customer services who are centralised and still cannot fix it.The store and the customer services both are blaming each other. Finally returned one wardrobe still don't know what to do with other two ?

The sales representative was extremely friendly and helpful as were the delivery men. The delivery was made within the given time slot.

I am blown away by the support I've received in store at Basingstoke Benson's for Beds. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team, led by Simon, the manager. Maria, the assistant manager, did everything she could to get a mattress recycling sorted for me on the day due to a head office error.I would also like to say thank you for sorting my re-selection so quickly. The customer service given there is above and beyond. Their male colleague also organised having the fire door fixed quickly, so we all stayed safe!I highly recommend the whole team to anyone looking for a new bed, mattress, or accessories.

Service in shop very good, item not due for delivery until mid October so unable to comment on that part yetUpdate, delivered/fitted earlier then expected, excellent service from them. Only disappointment was, as mum is disabled she could claim VAT relief of her adjustable bed, store assistant said this needed to be done now via HMRC Web site, this is not correct, it should be done at time of purchase. Spent weeks sorting out, eventually got refund via head office via a cheque, which meant an extra trip into town to bank

I ordered a mattress which was to too soft, Had to wait 40 nights to exchange under the 40 night guarantee. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and arranged everything with no fuss.I then went to my local shop(Basingstoke) explained to them what was going on, picked a firmer mattress, paid the extra and completed everything there on the spot. Can't fault Benson for Bed at all, service was great all round. Well done and thank you.

Went in to new store in Basingstoke, just to try Tempur mattresses and compare their main rival's prices. Greeted nicely and then left to browse for as long as I needed. No hard sales tactics. When I needed advice Jacob answered all my questions. He helped with everything I needed to know and in the end I bought my mattress with them! Highly recommended.Just hoping once it arrives I get a decent night's sleep and wake up pain free! ?Huge thanks to Jacob ?

The whole experience was extremely good from entering the store to leaving with an order in our hands. When we explained what we wanted Maria was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guiding us to various options without being pushy at all. She answered all our questions without hesitation and clearly knew exactly what she was talking about.

Just bought a new mattress from Benson's for Beds in Basingstoke. The manager Simon was very helpful in helping us select the correct type of mattress and then the best of that type for us. No hard sell, just helpful advice. He even helped deliver it! Assistant manager Maria was also helpful and resolved a small issue with our invoice with no drama.

The delivery was excellent, but the customer service is very patchy in store and the Comfort Guarantee not as good as we were led to believe. Their treatment of people with faulty mattress probably goes against The Sale of Goods Act.
