Very disappointed. I called this company for my fridge issue. Their staff (technician) came to my home and checked the fridge and said it's not repairable. They charged £85 for maximum 5 minutes visit. It's so embarrassed and huge bill for a useless visit.So please beware..

JIM AND SANDRA have retired.......
After more than 40 years we have decided it's the right time, the shop closed it's doors for the last time on 31st December 2022.
However Jim's side of the business will continue as Basingstoke Appliance Solutions, you will still be able to use the 01256 357640 number to contact Stuart to book a repair. He has over 30 years of experience as an apprentice with us and working at Bosch.
It's been a pleasure to serve our past and present customers some of whom have become friends. It was a sad day, an end of an era.
Thank you and farewell from the O'Reilly family (3 Generations), past and present staff and of course not forgetting the Duracell Bunny.
