We ordered item and was told it would be delivered tomorrow Saturday.between 10/30and 13/30 .after a lot or phoning about.was told it not going to be delivered..the old one was picked up ok .so wot happened now.

USELESS!!!! I PAID FOR A WASHER, THE FIRST WASHER THAT WAS SENT WAS FAULTY! THEY SENT ME ANOTHER WASHER WHICH WAS EVEN MORE FAULTY THAN THE FIRST ONE! IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TRYING TO GET REFUNDED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

Always a breeze to shop at this store. It's usually well manned properly with helpful staff. Plus its always neat and tidy with no long queues whatsoever. it has always been a positive experience everytime I shop there or to collect my stuff ordered online.

It is really nice , the sales executive Ruban was very helping, he went above and beyond to help us through for returning an item, 5 star experience ,always a go to place for shopping , definitely recommended

I purchased a Tower air fryer from Argos Kempshott Basingstoke yesterday and there is nowhere to comment about service. I was served by Joe who was extremely polite and helpful. He found the airfryer I wanted and dealt with my wish to pay some of the cost in Nectar points. He then put the airfryer into my trolley. I would have commented on his wonderful approach to someone old enough to be his great grandmother but unfortunately there is nowhere to record my praise for Joe. Such a shame as he deserves recognition - which I hope he gets.

I have previously always received first class service at this store, however today I must say I encountered two of the rudest staff I have ever met. One wouldn't even acknowledge my presence and the other blamed me for standing in the wrong place. I was collecting and stood at the counter marked collections. I will be using another branch in future and advising everyone else to do the same.

Sharing my review after my second visit at Argos , it's a wonderful place to shop , I came here for my dualsense controllers and charging dock this time, the staff( Adam and Molly) are so very cooperative they will actually come and guide you at the self serve counters, u too will enjoy your shopping experience here ??
