The staff at the Basingstoke store are absolutely amazing. What could have been a very nerve wracking/anxiety filled shopping experience actually turned into a laughter filled, happy experience. My breast has changed since giving birth. I went into Ann Summers for Bra Fitting. Store rep was not interested in helping. Told me to try on a couple of bras and see how I feel in them. Completely unhelpful and awful service. I left without purchasing anything

The staff was great and very helpful. We came back with what we thought was faulty goods! Turns out it was the battery being too powerful! Odd. However, they were very quick and attentive.
