Absolutely awesome garage. I needed to do my MOT then and there - was an emergency. No booking, no phone call previously, I just appeared out of the blue, and Rob helped me. Not only that, but it was Saturday - he wasn't even scheduled for working on cars that day!!No other garage in Winchester was able to do it, all booked - and so was this one, yet Rob helped me.He basically saved my holiday - thank you sir!

Bought a car from this centre a couple of months ago. They had done a lot on the car to get it in tip top shape before I bought it, including new tyres and a new exhaust, which I appreciated. It looked very well looked after. They even offered to renew the MOT for me so I could have a whole year on it - great! I realised a couple weeks after purchasing that there was an intermittent issue with the gears, which proved hard to diagnose. Rob was very kind and allowed me to take the car back on several occasions with no fuss, so that he could try replicate and repair the issue. Because of the intermittent nature of the problem, I often contacted the garage on short notice, but they were happy to squeeze me in. The repairs have now been done and at no extra cost to me. Thank you very much for your help and your customer service.

My go-to garage. Great for service , mot , and repairs. This place can do lpg gas conversion to. And they have a lpg pump.

Bought LPG from this place, the man in charge said one price and charged another. He could also do with going on a custom skill course, his staff are helpful he could learn a thing or to from them.....don't know how they put up with his mood. If he does that with LPG prices you can only guess what he does with his car servicing prices.My advice is don't be afraid to challenge his poor behaviour better still use a more customer focused business.That's what I have done.

Amazing service - broke down locally and dropped in to see if they could help. They drove to my car and recovered promptly, got me back on the road within the hour. My windscreen wipers totally failed during a thunderstorm when I had a 300 mile trip to do. These guys fixed the problem pronto and with the minimum of fuss. I was back on the road in ten minutes and I was so pleased. Thanks

Brilliant service by Rob today! After a really negative MOT experience elsewhere yesterday, the Sutton Scotney team redid my MOT last minute and did a same morning brake disc and pad replacement.Truly grateful for their genuineness, friendliness and professionalism.Great value for money too.Service: Brake service & repair
