Rather confusing at the Andover branch of Smiths and the PO. As there is no barrier between the two shops you cannot tell that the envelopes belong to Smiths but the gift cards belong to the PO meaning you can?t buy gift cards on a Sunday! The young lady on the till was no help at all this Sunday.

I was served by a male yesterday at the post office and he was impatient and rude. I needed assistance and instead I was treated like I?m an inconvenience. When I asked for a pen, it was thrown, not once, but twice.
Never in my life have I ever been treated with such utter disrespect.

Not even worth a star for the lady manger who works in Andover High Street Postoffice. I ?ve been served by the postoffice manager (Big lady with glasses on), she was rude and bad attitude being in front of the counter towards customers. I think she doesn?t suitable for this role, all about providing customer services and she is even without basic manner.?????? i wish the management can read this.

When it was my turn at the post office, after waiting at the long queue ,I have to wait the from the dark blonde hair lady with glasses to finish to text on whats up. everything was very visible and she did not either look at me. I can understand can be boring sometime but this a basic rule.

Abysmal service. Bought some playstation cards and the code was different to the receipt provided. They wouldn't replace and requested for me to contact head office ! I spoke to the manager and just got abuse. Would avoid like the plague.
