My partner specifically ordered dishes without mushrooms, as She cant eat them. When they arrived they had mushrooms in. She had spent the time on the phone asking for no mushrooms in three of the ordered dishes.Upon ringing the restaurant the lady offered to recook the dish, however by then the rest of her food would have been spolit.Its a shame as we have used tycoon many times, however its not the first time that mushrooms have had to be picked out! We sgall now use another local Chinese in the future as the service was substandard and quite frankly fell short of what was expected.

Really great food and reasonable in price, our go to Chinese buffet. The staff are lovely, really kind and attentive. Would recommend!Dietary restrictions: My Dad has a shellfish and mollusc allergy, they were really helpful with advising on this and made the kitchen staff aware. Thank you!

Not too sure what to say about this place. It is very confusing. One thing for sure... It's not really Chinese food. It's an English version of what Chinese food should be. Starters were terrible. Sweet seaweed, dry ribs, really bad satay sauce, greasy prawn toast with no prawns. Duck was as dry as it gets but the mains were acceptable. Squid in black bean sauce was a stand out. Avoid tea smoked chicken (unless you like chicken that tastes like donuts... Yes... Donuts). Overall it wasn't great but I don't think we'll get food poisoning. One big positive - the staff is lovely. They don't really know the dishes but they do their best.

I have always gone to another buffet chinese around the corner from Tycoon and was recommended to try it out for the first time
Very disappointed with the lack of starters options. The second course of crispy lamb and duck was very dry and small portions. The main courses were very tasty though and a good selection.
Service was great but overall, very underwhelmed with the first two courses. 5/10.
