Went into TUI Andover over the weekend to booked holidays. Owen was fantastic, took his time finding the ideal holiday for us, checking hotels for access due to disabilities. Spent nearly 2 hours in the store which went so quickly. Owen had great knowledge of the areas and hotels will be booking again with TUI.

I’ve had a bit of a nightmare (first world problem) with TUI over a trip to the Maldives. All I can say is that Cloe, in the Andover store has been an absolute star. Frankie provided an amazing professional and swift service on providing me a holiday in Spain for myself and two teenagers over the Easter break for less than £1,000!! Thank you again Frankie, I will be back soon to get the summer holiday booked it.
