We had an accessible room. Unfortunately it was right above the entrance so you had alot of noise and smell when people were stood outside having a cigarette. Plus you had to walk over fag butt's to get in and out.
A lovely place but really let down by this.

Perfect location to stop over. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Great reception team.. ? good food and drink choices. Breakfast was excellent ? fruit and full English was delicious ?

Good value stay, rooms a little on the small side but fine for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly.
We ordered the unlimited breakfast which was very good and had a large range of things to choose from, cooked breakfast all piping hot, toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Would recommend having this.

Morning staff was very helpful especially when I thought I lost my keys in the bin girls in kitchen nel and nakesha were brilliant and always smiling reception were class as well would happily stay here again food was nice as well especially Knickerbocker glory

Worst service ever in the restaurant.. suggest to not book here at all for longer visits.. room is okay but beds are not comfortable..

Been staying at the hotel for a little while now. Most of the staff are so friendly and very helpful, especially the manager. One member of staff seems to be in a negative mood a lot of the time and is very passive aggressive and doesn't greet guests at the bar/reception and just waits for them to speak first while staring at them blankly. Rooms get serviced daily when you put your sign up which is great, but they don't get serviced fully. Bedding wasn't changed once even though we were staying for 18 whole days. We ran out of body wash and soap but only our towels were topped up and one bin emptied.

Dog friendly....and not so dog friendly. Really happy that Travelodge allows us to bring the dog, but when I checked with reception, was told no dogs in the dining area (even though it's away from food preparation area and has a hard floor).
Was told that there's a pub nearby. Left feeling a little like 2nd class citizens. But... The pub is close by and does good food. So... 50 quid spent which could happily been in your till. Think on.

All good. Only down point was that coffee machine was broken, so no decent coffee for Breakfast.
