Staff are great but... Toolstation has some serious problems, order items on the App and when you go to the store the item doesn't exist! Even though the app states that the order is completed! Happens way to often and always a wasted journey to the store

Not my usual branch but the same fast click and collect service on the products I like. Close to A303 but access to parking a bit confusing.

Well stocked with sone specialised items on next day delivery. Good website for both delivery and click & collect. Now offer trade accounts (T&C)

Always use toolststion, always have amazing customer service until today!! Never seen this member of staff before, he was rude, impatient, rolled his eyes and sighed, then as I left muttered something to the young girl and followed me out for a cigarette!!! First bad experience ever!!

Great staff and service @andover Toolstation, with an efficient click and collect service. Great selection and stock levels rarely prevents an online purchase. This has been a real life saver this year. Only started to use toolstation this year from using a competitor for many years. Never looked back
