“I spent my whole day today visiting 5 kwik fits on my journey back from Watford back to Wiltshire. My tyre blew yesterday and I was given a spare by the RAC. I have to say all of the branches were really unhelpful apart from Andover who went above and beyond to help me. Despite them being rushed of their feet they changed my tyre and organised it all for me within half an hour.Customer service was outstanding especially the young man with a beard who went above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough.”

I broke down and no other garage was able to fit me in, I was sceptical about F1 due to the reviews but Ed went completely above and beyond to get my car fixed. Top customer service, even staying late and waiting for me to return to see if I had managed to source a part (they weren’t able to get it the same day). My car was fixed in just over a week, due to complications with other issues that were found upon further inspection, and Ed said if I had any other issues to bring it straight back and they’d fit me in as a priority. I haven’t needed to take it back!”
