Visited Timpson today to get a key cut for my car and the man on duty couldn't of been more helpful! So friendly and polite, I really appreciated his help on getting my fob key to work. Due to his efforts Timpson will be top of my list for any future help with keys, watches, shoes etc. Thank you so much!!!

Timpson Andover has let the whole Timpson company down. I have been a Timpson customer for various services from past few years. Paid £14.95 just to adjust my watch strap. But I was happy to pay and I said let?s do it. While paying I told him that it is quit expensive and the reply was rude. He replied that his hard work and skill earns it. He didn?t even take a minute to adjust it. The cost was high in my opinion but what really felt bad for me was a customer service. I think that guy need to learn polite and friendly customer service.

We booked a restaurant for Sunday and we were looking forward to it but it was cancelled as that restaurant was shut that day and we didn't know that until the day before

I took a pair of Redwing boots in to have them resoled. They were done in a week to a standard better than Redwing did them many years ago and for much less money. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my car key so was advised that Timpsons may be able to help. The gentleman that served my was ever so kind and did his best to fix the issue. Luckily for me he did as he saved me a lot of money. It felt like he went out of his way to help great service!

Bruno was a life saver. Was visiting family and had a long journey back when my car key fell apart.He tried to help, cutting a new key, however the Nissan steering lock system only works with Nissan keys and he couldn't fix that. He glued the broken parts of my official key back together and would not take any money for time or wasted key cut.Got my car back home safely. Nice guy!
