I gave 4 stars because the shop assistant at till was a lovely older man with fair hair. Good sushi. Nice customer service lady. One star off because I nearly fainted as I passed two young men Tesco workers loading the fridge area. I respect hard working men but cannot they have a quick shower break and maybe free deodorant? I mean, come on, it was really bad. Also the shopping lady for online customers was quite pushy. She doesn't need to whizz around her big trolley showing off now, does she?

Jobsworth Will asking for ID over a red bull being clearly over the age isn't necessary, I get you don't want kids buying energy drinks but when you're clearly over the age and would go as far to say actually older than Will, it's beyond pathetic.

Good afternoon, I'd like to give my opinion on my first and last online purchase and home delivery. Last week I got sick and for the first time, since I wasn't feeling well, I decided to make an online purchase so they could deliver it to my home that same day (May 6th). That didn't happen. I sent them an email informing them that my order hadn't arrived and that they would please respond when they could. Well, today, May 14th, I had to go and complain, even though I wasn't feeling very well. The woman in customer service did everything she could. The manager, at first?I can't say enough good things about their handling of a complaint?I prefer not to say anything. Then they called a boss named 'Dan'. I wanted to come up with a solution today; they offered to refund my money after having charged me and not provided the service. They also offered me the option of giving me all the items and having me deliver them myself. In other words, I'd pay for a service they didn't even provide, and on top of that, I'd do the work myself. In the end, since I told them they'd either refund my money or deliver the order to my house, they brought it to me. The boss, Dan, didn't even offer an explanation or an apology. He must think a £10 gift card makes up for not having done his job. In the end, the manager brought me the order and, when I asked exactly what had happened, they thought it was a system error. I can only say one thing. If you get sick, please don't count on them to resolve it, because they'll make your life difficult. I'm sorry to have to give this opinion, but it's my experience. As a contribution to improving service, when speaking with a customer who complains, you look them in the eye, listen carefully. If I had been them, I would have asked how they were, explained at every step what I was doing to resolve the problem, and offered several alternatives so the customer could choose which solution they felt most comfortable with. Of course, I apologized sincerely and took notes so this doesn't happen again. They need to implement a Customer Service course for managers. Thank you.

I visited Tesco Extra Andover yesterday. I struggle with heavy things and asked another shopper to help put something heavy in my trolley. Didn't think how I was going to get it out of my trolley into the car?The young man at the till scanned the item in my trolley and I explained how silly I had been. He was just going off shift and said if I waited for him he would put it in my car. He also put the rest of my shopping in as well. This was in his own break time. Thank you so much...a BIG SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN JAMES YOU ARE A STAR ?

I would just like to say a massive thank you to my home shopping delivery driver today who handled a situation of the delivery being late and a missing crate so well he was so apologetic kept his calm and kept smiling he is a credit to you I think his name was Alistair. He delivered to me at shaw close Sp10 3bt once again well done to him

This is Andover biggest Supermarket so is often very busy. I have been a huge Tescos fan over the years up until Covid when this store decided to cram in as much produce as possible up really small isles. The Majority of my time is spent saying sorry or excuse me to other shoppers because as well as fellow customers you have the home shopping Staff which i understand must be done but its really really annoying when it is busy. Awful shopping experience. Too many concession racks rails and shelves. As a whole Tescos have reduced a lot of the aisles and products they offer. Clothing Sizes left in stock are always typically completely tiny or huge - why order in so many small and plus sizes .... Logic, Hello .....

A HUGE thank you to Sienna this morning! We asked her if there was a particular prosecco on her cage as the shelf was empty. Alas there wasn't.... so we carried on shopping with a c'est la vie attitude.
HOWEVER, as we returned to the aisle moments later, she came out of stockroom, carrying a box of our fave. She recognised us, and handed the box to us.
Am so impressed she remembered us, and thought to find us...
