I went to the pharmacy on the 17th March to collect a prescription. An alarm was going off which was very difficult for me as I am autistic, and as it continued I was beginning to have a meltdown. The lady behind the counter (Tina I think) noticed immediately as she has experience with autism. Her reassurance helped me through that situation, I just want to thank her so much for her understanding and patience, and not being judgemental. I wish more people could be like this lovely lady.

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I?ve tried to call to see if they?ve have important medicine for disabled mother and either they don?t Answer or they hang up or answer and leave the phone on the sideThis is not acceptable this needs to raised and acknowledged called at last call attempted 15:21 23/11

I would have given minus stars if that was possible.OMG !!!Avoid at all costsVery long wait queuing - very short queue. The female behind the counter (I can?t even bring myself to say serving) is beyond RUDE, unhelpful and slow.Good job she, and the male in the background, are not self employed.I certainly won?t be returning to this store.

It's not the first time that me and my wife are experiencing very poor customer service and I would say rude approach especially from one member of the staff,unfortunately don't remember her name,she was on shift today around 4PM when we attended the pharmacy, she is around 40 years of age wearing glasses and would say Asian origins. We tried to check our prescription but she won't let us(as the prescription was sent straight there from our GP)...our daughter is allergic to a couple of antibiotics and we wanted to check that there is no mistake on the prescription and she won't allow that to happen.The lady behind us did not received what she was expecting to receive as items were missing and she tried to understand why...one of the males pharmacist came over to the bank to explain but he has been cut off by his female colleague stating "IF IS NOT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT!"...I believe this type of bullying towards customer is not fair and also unacceptable i am saying it because its not the first time that it happened.

Thoroughly unhelpful. I wouldn't even give them one star if it were possible. A symptom of a completely broken health service, private and public. A sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.[I asked to submit a complaint, and they wouldn't even do that...]

Just dreadful as always. 4 staff, long queue, heads down and ignore customers. Usual miserable, grumpy women eventually deigns to serve. Commences search then tells customer the ?script isn?t ready, come back in 10 mins. Disappears round the back for a chat, studiously avoids eye contact with the ever growing queue. Just don?t understand why it?s like this. Forced to go there for urgent pain control medication. Think I?d rather suck up the pain and wait until my pharmacy is open. Seriously avoid this place!

Queued for over 30 mins only find the pharmacist is a jumped up so and so and I need a medical degree so I can check what the doctors have prescribed !! Wont be going there again

Long wait no need for it there was 3 people infront of me. My turn eventually , I asked the pharmacy this morning for either ibiforen or nurofen as this wasn't in the meds aisle. Lady said no we don't have that I looked up said under my breath *sake. Pure frustration didn't even look at her when saying it Iooked back down said ok not a problem,Instantly the woman went full Karen mode. Purchased the paracetamol instead. Strep A or covid waiting for a GP app , nobody could run out to get this for me ( reluctant to go out potentially spread infections) anyway no ibuforen or nurofen for a big store, pharmacy,It's not a one off its rarely on the shelves.??Concerned as to the woman's over reaction and how she over dramatised something that wasn't directed to her.The attempt to to goad a situstion almost like she desired a confrontation was astonishing, especially for what appears to be an older woman, anyway remained quiet paid , said thank you ever so much left.Very strange!!!

Always a huge queue and the pharmacy regularly closes before the advertised time for no apparent reason and very limited (same day) notice. Pharmacist team are incredibly rude and unprofessional, with the pharmacist even raising her voice at me. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

If I could give a no star option I think I would. Constantly closed throughout the day due to staff issues (ok that?s a global thing I get it). BUT, prescription went in on a Monday, I knew it would have to be ordered as a specific dietary need baby formula. I?ve gone to collect a whole 7 DAYS later, they don?t have the formula in, failed to contact me to explain they couldn?t get it in.. so now I?m left with a prescription print out to go on a search and find it elsewhere. Unorganised, rude, incompetent service!
